A very tasty way to cook cauliflower - Cauliflower cooked with tomato and scallion

Material:

1 cauliflower (about 400 g), 1 big tomato (about 70 g), scallion 20 g, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1 tea spoon of salt, 2 tea spoons of rice flour, 1/5 tea spoon of MG, water 100 ml

Method:
  1. Cut the cauliflower into smaller flowers (about 200 g). Cut the tomato into small chunks. Cut the scallion into segments. Mix the rice flour, water, salt and MG.
  2. Put the flowers and cooking oil into a pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for 5 minutes. Take the flowers out from the pan.
  3. Put the tomato and sauce of step 1 into the pan. Cook with quick oven. 
  4. When the sauce boils, switch to moderate oven. 
  5. Put the flowers and scallion into the pan. Cook for 1 minute with moderate oven.
