A simple seasonging mixture to breakfast noodles


Minced pork 100 g, garlic 2 pieces, scallion 20 g, 2 tomatoes, 3 soup spoons of cooking oil, 4 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of sugar

  1. Cut the garlic into small slices. Cut the scallion and tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Warm the cooking oil. Stir-fry the minced pork, scallion and garlic with moderately quick oven until the pork is no longer pink. 
  3. Put the tomatoes into the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for about 10 mintues.
  4. Put the soy sauce and sugar into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1/2 minute with moderately quick oven. 
  5. Store the seasoning mixture in refrigerator.  
  6. Cook some noodles with boiling water for 3 minutes with moderately quick oven. 
  7. Warm the seasoning mixture in a microwave oven.
  8. Mix some noodles, some warm water/meat soup, some of the seasoning mixture, some soy sauce/salt and spring onion bits.
