Steamed eggs & minced mutton

Material:

5 eggs, water 250 ml, 1 tea spoon of salt, 1/5 tea spoon of MG, 1/2 tea spoon of black soy sauce, minced mutton 100 g, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1 soup spoon of sesame oil, spring onion 10 g

Method:
  1. Cut the spring onion into small bits.
  2. Mix the eggs, water, MG and 1/2 tea spoon of salt. 
  3. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Stir-fry the mutton, 1/2 tea spoon of salt and light soy sauce with moderate oven until the meat is cooked.
  4. Put the egg mixture into a steamer. Steam with quick oven. When the water in the steamer boils, switch the oven to moderate oven. Steam for about 8 minutes.
  5. Move the egg mixture out from the steamer. Pour the mutton over the egg mixture. Sprinkle the egg mixture and mutton with the sesame oil and spring onion bits.
