Fried rice-egg cake


2 rice browls of cold rice, 3 eggs, 1 carrot, 2 tea spoons of salt, 7 soup spoons of wheat flour, spring onion/scallion 30 grams, cooking oil

  1. Cut the spring onion/scallion and carrot into small bits.
  2. Mix the rice, eggs, carrot bits, salt, spring onion/scallion bits and wheat flour.
  3. Warm some cooking oil with a pan. The oil should be at least 1.5 cm thick. Take as much as possible rice mixture with a soup spoon and put the rice mixture into the pan. Make the rice mixture into a form of small cake. Fry both sides of the cake with moderate oven until they become little brown.
  4. Repeat the step 3 until all the rice mixture are fried.
