Fried rice-cake - recipe 2

Material:

2 rice browls of cold rice, 3 eggs, 1 garlic, 1 tea spoon of salt, 8 soup spoons of wheat flour, 1/3 tea spoon of pepper powder, 1/3 tea spoon of sugar, cooking oil

Method:
  1. Cut the garlic into small bits.
  2. Mix the rice, eggs, garlic bits, salt, pepper powder, sugar and wheat flour.
  3. Warm some cooking oil with a pan. The oil should be at least 1.5 cm thick. Take as much as possible rice mixture with a soup spoon and put the rice mixture into the pan. Make the rice mixture into a form of small cake with the spoon. Fry both sides of the cake with moderately quick oven until they completely become golden.
  4. Repeat the step 3 until all the rice mixture are fried. 
Tips:
You can mix vegetables and meat you like with the rice mixture.
