Fried egg white & black fungus - Chinese fried egg white recipe

Materials
Dried Chinese black fungus 15 grams, 4 eggs, garlic 3 pieces, 1 - 2 spring onion, 1/3 tea spoon of salt, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil

Method
1. Cut the garlic into smaller chunks. Cut the spring onion into small bits. Mix the egg white of the eggs.
2. Put the black fungus into water. After about 20 minutes, wash and cut them into strings.
3. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Put the egg white into the pan. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes with moderatly quick oven. Take the egg white out from the pan.
4. Put the garlic into the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for about 1/2 minute.
5. Put the black fungus into the pan. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes with moderately quick oven.
6. Put the salt and egg white into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute with moderately quick oven.
