Fried cauliflower and pork

Material:

Pork 100 grams, cauliflower 150 grams, 1 garlic, 1 tomato, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1/5 tea spoon of MG, 1/4 tea spoon of sugar, 1/2 tea spoon of pepper powder, 1 soup black soy sauce, 1 tea spoon of rice flour, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil, water 50 ml

Method:
  1. Cut the garlic and pork into slices. Cut the cauliflower into small flowers. Cut the tomato into chunks. Mix the rice flour, water and light soy sauce.
  2. Mix the pork and black soy sauce. Wait for about 1/2 hr.
  3. Cook some water. When the water boils, put the cauliflower into the cooking pan. Cook with quick oven for about 1 minute. Take the cauliflower out from the water.
  4. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Put the garlic into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 30 seconds. 
  5. Put the pork into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven until the meat is well cooked. 
  6. Put the cauliflower, MG. pepper powder, sugar and salt into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 1 mintue.
  7. Pour the sauce made in step 1 along the pan edge slowly into the pan. Put the tomato into the pan. Cook with moderately quick oven. After the sauce boils, stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 60 seconds.
