Fried black fungus & carrot & celery

Dried black fungus 10 grams, 1/2 carrot, 2 pieces of celery, ginger 10 grams, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1/2 tea spoon of sugar, 1 tea spoon of sesame oil, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil, 2 spring onions, 2 soup spoons of water, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce

1. Cut the ginger into small strings. Cut the spring onion and celery into segments. Cut the carrot into strings.
2. Put the black fungus into water. After about 20 minutes, wash and cut them into strings.
3. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Put the ginger into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 30 seconds.
4. Put the carrot into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minutes with moderately quick oven.
5. Put the celery, black funguses and water into the pan. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes with moderately quick oven.   
6. Put the salt, soy sauce and spring onion into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute with moderately quick oven. 
7. Pour everything in the pan into a bowl or plate. Put the sesame oil on the food. Mix well the food.
