Fried asparagus lettuce & black fungus - Chinese asparagus lettuce recipe

Dried Chinese black fungus 15 grams, asparagus lettuce leaves 50 grams, 4 leeks, 1/3 tea spoon of salt, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil

1. Cut the leeks into small bits.
2. Put the black fungus into water. After about 20 minutes, wash and cut them into strings.
3. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Put the black fungus and asparagus lettuce leaves into the pan. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes with moderately quick oven.
4. Put the salt and leek bits into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1/2 minute with moderately quick oven.
