Chinese yuba recipe - Fried pork & black fungus & yuba recipe

Dried Chinese black fungus 5 grams, yuba 100 grams, pork 200 grams, 1 carrot, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 4 soup spoons of cooking oil, 2 soup spoons of oyster sauce, 1 tea spoon of sesame oil

1. Put the black fungus into water. After about 20 minutes, wash and cut them into strings. 
2. Cut the carrot into slices. Cut the pork into slices.
3. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Put the pork into the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven until the pork is throughly fried. Take the pork out from the pan.
4. Put the black fungus, sesame oil and yuba into the pan. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes with moderately quick oven. 
5. Put the carrot and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until the carrot becomes soft.
6. Put the pork and salt into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven for about 1 minute.
7. Sprinkle the food with the leek bits.
