Chinese tree ear, cucumber and corn seed salad


Dried tree ears 10 g, cucumber 30 g, 4 soup spoons of corn seeds, garlic 2 pieces, ginger 5 g, 1 dry chili, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 1 soup spoon of sesame oil, 1 tea spoon of rice flour, water

  1. Cut the garlic into small bits. Cut the ginger into strings. Cut the cucumber into sticks about 3 cm long. Cut the chili into segments. 
  2. Put the tree ears into water. After about 20 minutes, wash and tear them into small pieces.
  3. Cook some water. When the water boils, put the tree ear pieces into the water. Cook for about 1 minute with moderate oven. Take the tree ear pieces out from water. Let the water drained from them as much as possible. 
  4. Mix the tree ears, cucumber and salt.  
  5. Mix the rice flour, light soy sauce, corn seeds and 30 ml of water. 
  6. Warm the cooking oil and sesame oil with a pan. Put the garlic, ginger and chili into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven until the chili smells well. Pour the oil and ingredients over the tree ear mixture.
  7. Cook the sauce of step 5 until it boils. Pour the sauce over the tree ear mixture. Mix the food well.
