Chinese sweet sesam balls

Materials: 

Sticky rice flour 500 grams, sugar 150 grams, salt 2 grams, sesame 50 grams, cooking oil, water

Method:
  1. Mix the sticky rice flour, sugar, salt and some water. Make 25 balls with the flour mixture. The balls must be dry enough so that they are not sticky again when you put them on your hands. Put the sesame in a bowl. Roll the balls in the bowl.
  2. Warm some cooking oil with a milk pan. Fry the balls. The oil should be higher than the balls.
  3. Fry until the balls become brown yellow. When frying, turn the balls often.
