Chinese fried nudle - Fried nudle in Chinese style - Nudle fried with vegetable


Dry egg-nudle 75 grams, minced beef 100 grams, garlic 4 pieces, 1/2 tomato, 2 eggs, Chinese cabbage 30 grams, onion 30 grams, small pumpkin 30 grams, 3/4 tea spoon of sugar, 2.5 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 3 soup spoons of button

  1. Cut the onion and Chinese cabbage into pieces. Cut the garlic, tomato and small pumpkin into slices. 
  2. Cook the nudle with boiling water for about 2-3 minutes. When the nudle strings are no longer stiff, take them out from the cooking pan and put them into cold water.
  3. Warm 1 soup spoon of button with a pan. Fry the minced beef and garlic slices with quick oven. Take the beef out from the pan.
  4. Put 1 soup spoon of button into the pan. Stir-fry the Chinese cabbage stem, smal pumpkin and onion for about 2 minutes with quick oven. 
  5. Put the cabbage leaves and tomato into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute with quick oven.
  6. Put the beef, sugar and soy sauce into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven for about 1/2 minute. Switch off the oven.
  7. Take the nudle out from the water and put them into the pan. Mix the nudle well with the other things in the pan. 
  8. Move the nudle mixture out from the pan.
  9. Fry two eggs with 1 soup spoon of button. Eat the nudle with the eggs.
