Chicken fried with bamboo shoots & waternut & carrot

Material:

Chicken breast 150 grams, scallion 10 grams, 1/2 carrot, 1 tea spoon of salt, 2 tea spoons of sugar, 1/2 tea spoon of pepper powder, bamboo shoots 30 grams, waternut 30 grams, garlic 2 pieces, 5 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1 tea spoon of starch powder, 2 soup spoons of light soy sauce, water 100 ml 

Method:
  1. Cut the chicken breast into slices. Cut the carrot, garlic and waternut into slices. Cut the scallion and bamboo shoots into strings. 
  2. Mix the starch powder, water, sugar and light soy sauce.
  3. Warm some cooking oil with a pan. Stir-fry the garlic, pepper powder, scallion and chicken breast slices with moderately quick oven until the chicken breast slices are well cooked. Take the chicken breast slices and scallion out from the pan.
  4. Put the carrot slices into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven for about 1 minute.
  5. Put the bamboo shoot strings and waternut slices into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute with quick oven. 
  6. Put the chicken breast slices into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute with moderately quick oven. 
  7. Take the all the food out from the pan. 
  8. Cook and stir the sauce of step 2 with quick oven. When the sauce boils, switch to moderatly quick oven. Cook and stir until the sauce becomes a little viscous. Pour the sauce of step 6 over the food of step 7.
