Chicken braised with sweet potato

Material:

Chicken breast 150 grams, scallion 10 grams, sweet potato 150 grams, 2 soup spoons of sugar, 1 soup spoon of black soy sauce, water 

Method:
  1. Cut the chicken breast and sweet potato into chunks. Cut the scallion into small bits. 
  2. Warm the sugar with a pan. When the sugar has completely melt, put the chicken breast chunks into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately slow oven until the chicken breast chunks and the sugar sauce mix well. 
  3. Put the sweet potato chunks into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 5 minutes.
  4. Put the black soy sauce into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 2 minutes.
  5. Put some water and the scallion bits into the pan. The water should cover all the food in the pan. Cook with quick oven.
  6. When the water boils, switch to moderately slow oven. Cook until about 1/3 glass of sauce (about 70 ml) left in the pan.
