Black fungus fried with pear

Dried black fungus 10 grams, 1/2 carrot, 1 pear, 1 soup spoon of oyster sauce, ginger 10 grams, 1/4 tea spoon of MG, 1/2 tea spoon of pepper powder, 1 soup spoon of white sesame

1. Cut the ginger into strings. Peel the pear and cut the flesh into chunks. 
2. Put the black fungus into water. After about 20 minutes, wash and tear them into small pieces.
3. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Put the ginger into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 30 seconds.
4. Put the black fungus and pear into the pan. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes with moderately quick oven.
5. Put 30 ml water into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven until the water is almost dry.  
6. Pour everything in the pan into a bowl or plate. Spinkle the food with the white sesame.
