Sweet and sour cabbage recipe 2

Materials:
Cabbage 200 grams, garlic 3 pieces, 3 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 2.5 soup spoons of sugar, 1 soup spoon of vinegar, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil, dry chilis 3-5 grams

Method:

1. Cut the cabbage into small pieces. Cut the garlics into small bits. Cut the dry chilis into short segments.
2. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Put the garlic and chili into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven until the chili segments become brown.
3. Put the cabbage into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 3 mintues.
4. Put the sugar, vinegar and soy sauce into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 2 minutes.
