Salad of seaweed and vermicelli

Material:  
Fresh seaweed 50 grams, vermicelli 100 grams, red chili pepper 20 grams, garlic 4 pieces, 1/3 tea spoon of salt, 1/3 tea spoon of sugar, 2 soup spoons of vinegar, 2 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 1/3 spring onion

Method:
  1. Cut the garlic and spring onion into small bits. Cut the seaweed and red chili pepper into strings.
  2. Cook the vermicelli until all the vermicelli strings become transparent. Take the vermicelli out from the pan. Put the vermicelli into cold water.
  3. Take the vermicelli out from the cold water. Mix them with the seaweed strings, garlic, vinegar, spring onion, red chili pepper, soy sauce, salt and sugar.
