Rice fried with egg and black fungus

2 rice bowls of cold rice, 2 eggs, wet black fungus 150 grams, 1 tea spoon of salt, cooking oil, 1 soup spoon of button, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce/oyster sauce, 1/2 spring onion

1. Cut the black fungus and spring onion into small pieces. 
2. Stir-fry 2 soup spoons of cooking oil and the black fungus with quick oven for about 3 minutes. Take the black fungus out from the pan.
3. Warm 1 soup spoon of cooking oil with the pan. Stir-fry with the egg white with quick oven for about 1.5 minute.
4. Put the rice into the pan. Put the yolks on the rice. Lose the rice blocks with the turner. Stir-fry for about 1.5 minute.
5. Put the black fungus, salt and soy sauce/oyster sauce into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute.
6. Sprinkle the food with the spring onion bits.
