Rice fried with bacon and snow beans

Sometimes we cook rice for more than one meal. The old rice are not very good if we just warm them in microwave oven. If we fry them with some other food material, however, they can get much exciting new taste.

Materials
3 bowls of cold rice, bacon 4 pieces, snow bean 150 grams, 1 tea spoon of salt, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil, 2 soup spoons of light soy sauce

Method
1. Cut the bacon and snow beans into small pieces.
2. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Stir-fry with the bacon and snow beans for about 5 minutes with moderately quick oven.
3. Put the rice into the pan. Stir-fry the rice for about 2 minutes with moderate oven. At the same time lose the rice blocks with the turner.
4. Switch off the oven. Put the salt and soy sauce into the pan. Stir-fry until the salt and soy sauce mix with the rice evenly.
