Gong Bao chicken easy recipe 2

Material:  
Chicken breast 150 grams, peanut 100 grams, red chili pepper 30 grams or dry chili 10 grams, 1/4 tea spoon of sugar, 1/5 tea spoon of MG, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 1/3 tea spoon of salt, 1 soup spoon of vinegar, 1/2 tea spoon of pepper powder, ginger 5 grams, garlic 1 piece, 1 spring onion, rice/potato flour, water 30 ml, 5 soup spoons of cooking oil

Method:
  1. Cut the chicken breast into bits size of about 1.5*1.5*1.5 cm. Cut the ginger and garlic into small bits. Cut the spring onion into segments. Cut the chili pepper/dry chilis into strings or small bits.
  2. Mix the chicken breast, 1 tea spoon of rice/potato flour, 1/2 tea spoon of pepper powder and the salt. Wait for about 10 minutes.
  3. Mix 1 tea spoon of rice/potato flour, the light soy sauce, sugar, vinegar and water.
  4. Put 2 soup spoons of cooking oil in a pan.  Stir-fry the peanuts with moderate oven until the peanuts become a little brown. Take the peanuts out from the pan.
  5. Put 3 soup spoons of cooking oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, put the chicken meat into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven until the chicken meat bits become white.
  6. Put ginger, garlic, spring onion and chili pepper/dry chili into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven until the chili/red chili pepper smell well. 
  7. Put the sauce of step 3 into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 45 seconds. Put the peanuts into the pan. Mix the food well.
  8. Pour everything from the pan into a plate/bowl.
