Fried seaweed, celery and paprica

Materials: 

Fresh seaweed 100 grams, celery 2 pieces, red paprica 50 grams, garlic 2 pieces, ginger 5 grams, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1 soup spoon of sugar, 1 soup spoon of vinegar, 2 soup spoons of soy sauce, 3 soup spoons of cooking oil, water 50 ml

Method:
  1. Cut the seaweed and paprica into small pieces. Cut the celery into strings. Cut the garlic and ginger into small bits.
  2. Warm a  cooking oil with a pan. Stir-fry the garlic and ginger bits with moderately quick oven for about 30 seconds. 
  3. Put the celery into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 1 minute. 
  4. Put the seaweed and water into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven until the water is almost dry. 
  5. Put the paprica, salt, sugar, vinegar and soy sauce into the pan. Switch off the oven. Stir-fry for about 2 minutes.
