Fried broccoli & pork

Material:  
Pork 150 grams, 1 broccoli, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, garlic 3 pieces, 5 soup spoons of cooking oil, 5 soup spoons of warm water/meat soup

Method:
  1. Cut the broccoli into small pieces. Cut the garlic into small bits. Cut the pork into small pieces.
  2. Warm opp 4 soup spoons of the cooking oil. Stir-fry the pork pieces with quick oven until they are well cooked. Take the meat out from the pan.
  3. Put the garlic into the pan. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds with moderately quick oven.
  4. Put the broccoli pieces and 1 soup spoon of cooking oil into the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven for about 2 minutes. Put the water into the pan. Stir-fry with moderate oven until the water/meat soup is almost dry.
  5. Put the pork pieces and salt into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute with moderately quick oven.
  6. Pour everything from the pan into a plate/bowl.
