Egg fried with onion

2 onions, 2 eggs, 1/3 tea spoon of salt, 3 soup spoons of cooking oil, 2 soup spoons of light soy sauce


1. Cut the onions into small pieces. Mix the egg white and yolks well in a bowl.

2. Warm 2 soup spoons of cooking oil with a pan. Put the egg mixture into the pan. Fry the egg mixture until its' bottom becomes brown. Turn the egg mixture over and fry until its bottom becomes brown. Divide the egg mixture into big pieces with the turner. Take the egg pieces out from the pan.
3. Put 1 soup spoon of cooking oil into the pan. Put the onion and 1/3 tea spoon of salt into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven until the onion pieces become soft.
4. Put the egg pieces, salt and soy sauce into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 30 seconds.
