Easy Chinese fried aubergine recipe - Simply fried aubergine

1 aubergine, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 1/4 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon of vinegar, garlic 1 piece, ginger 5 grams, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil

  1. Cut the aubergine into slices. Cut garlic and ginger  into small bits.
  2. Put the aubergine into a pan. Stir-fry without cooking oil until the aubergine slices become soft. Take the aubergine out from the pan.
  3. Put 2 soup spoons of cooking oil in a pan.  Stir-fry the garlic and ginger for about 60 seconds with moderately quick oven.
  4. Put the aubergine, vinegar, salt and soy sauce into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 mintue with moderately quick oven.
  5. Pour everything from the pan into a plate/bowl.
