Chinese fried scallion pancake

Materials: 

Wheat flour 400 grams, scallion 30 grams, 1 tea spoon of pepper powder, 1 tea spoon of salt, cooking oil, water

Method:
  1. Cut the scallion into small pieces.
  2. Mix the flour, salt, pepper powder, scallion pieces and some water.
  3. Warm a  cooking oil in a flat pan. Put some flour mixture into the pan. Let the flour mixture cover the pan buttom. Fry the flour mixture until its' underside becomes a little brown. Turn the flour mixture over. Fry the flour mixture until its' underside becomes a little brown. Take the pancake out from the pan.
  4. Repeat the step 3 until all of the flour mixture is fried.
