Celery fried with egg

Celery 4 sticks, scallion 10 grams, 2 eggs, salt, cooking oil


1. Cut the celery into small pieces. Cut the scallion into small bits. Break the eggs and mix the yolks, egg white, 1/3 tea spoon of salt and scallion bits well.
2. Cook some water. After the water has boiled, put the celery pieces into the cooking pan and cook them for 2-3 mintues. Take the celery pieces out from the water.
3. Warm 2 soup spoons of cooking oil with a pan. Put the egg mixture into the pan. Fry the egg mixture until its' bottom becomes brown. Turn the egg mixture over and fry until its bottom becomes brown. Divide the egg mixture into big pieces with the turner.
4. Put 1 soup spoon of cooking oil into the pan. Put the celery pieces and 1/3 tea spoon of salt into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 1 minute.
