Aubergine fried with onion

Materials: 

Aubergine 200 grams, 1 onion, 1 soup spoon of salt, 1/2 tea spoon of sugar, 1/2 tea spoon of pepper powder, 1 soup spoon of cooking wine, 2 dry chilis, 3 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 spring oinion

Method:
  1. Cut the aubergine into pieces. Cut the dry chili and spring onion into segments. Cut the onion into pieces.
  2. Mix the aubergine pieces and salt. Wait for 15 minutes. Squeeze the water from the aubergine. Clean the salt water.
  3. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Stir-fry the dry chili segments with moderately quick oven for about 30 seconds. 
  4. Put the aubergine into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 1 minute. 
  5. Put the onion pieces into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 2 minutes.
  6. Put the sugar, cooking wine, pepper powder, spring onion and light soy sauce in the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 1 minute.
