Aubergine fried with minced pork (spicy)

Material:
Aubergine 200 grams, minced pork 150 grams, 1.5 soup spoon of salt, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1 soup spoon of potato/rice flour, 1 soup spoon of black soy sauce, garlic 2 pieces, dry chili 2 grams

Method:
1. Cut the aubergine into small pieces. Cut the garlic into small bits. Cut the chili into short segments.
2. Mix the aubergine pieces with the salt. Wait for 10 minutes.
3. Squeeze the water out from the aubergine pieces.
4. Mix the aubergine pieces and the rice/potato flour.
5. Warm some oil with a milk pan. Put the aubergine pieces into the pan. The oil should cover every aubergine piece. Stir-fry with aubergine pieces with quick oven for about 2 minutes.
6. Warm 2 soup spoons of cooking oil with another pan. Put the garlic and chili into the pan. Stir-fry with quick oven for about 30 seconds.
7. Put the pork into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven until the water in the minced pork is dry. Switch off the oven.
8. Put the aubergine and soy sauce into the pan. Stir-fry until the soy sauce and the other food materials are mixed evenly.
