Sour and spicy rice noodle

Materials
Rice noodle 75 grams, 2-3 soup spoons of peanuts, 1 soup spoon of vinegar, 2 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 1 soup spoon of chili paste, garlic 1 piece, 1/2 tea spoon of sesame oil, 1/4 tea spoon of pepper powder, water 150 ml, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1/4 spring onion

Method
1. Press the garlic piece flat with the knif and cut it into small bits. Cut the spring onion into small bits.
2. Mix the garlic bits with the water.
3. Stir-fry the peanuts with the cooking oil until the peanuts become a little brown.
4. Cook the rice noodle with boiling water until all the rice noodle strings become white and soft.
5. Take the rice noodle from the cookingn pan. Mix the garlic sauce of step 2, pepper powder, vinegar, soy sauce, rice noodle, chili paste, spring onion bits and sesame oil.
