Salad of seaweed, vermicelli and sausage

Fresh seaweed 150 grams, vermicelli 75 grams, 2 sausages, 1 soup spoon of vinegar, 3 soup spoons of light soy sauce, 1 tea spoon of salt, garlic 4 pieces, 1 tea spoon of sesame oil, water 50 ml

1. Cut the garlic into small bits. Cut the seaweed into strings.
2. Mix the garlic bits with the water.
3. Cook the seaweed for about 2-3 mintues with boiling water. Take them out from the cooking pan. Let water drained from them as much as possible.
4. Cook the sausage with cooking pan or microwave oven. Cut the sausages into slices.
5. Cook the vermicelli with boiling water until all the vermicelli strings become transparent.
6. Mix the seaweed, garlic sauce of step 2, vinegar, soy sauce, sausages, salt, vermicelli and sesame oil.

1. Press the garlic hard before you cut them into bits. By this way, the taste of the garlic resolute well in the water.
2. Seaweed is also called as longevity vegetable. It contains rich iodine, calcium, mannitol, niacin, etc. and is good for the health of kidneys,  cardiovascular and bones.
