Fried tofu & black fungus

Dried black fungus 15 grams, 2 soup spoons of black soy sauce, tofu 100 grams, garlic 3 pieces, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1/2 tea spoon of sugar, 5 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1 spring onion

1. Cut the garlic into slices. Cut the tofu into small chunks. Cut the spring onion into small bits.
2. Put the black fungus into water. After about 20 minutes, wash and tear them into small pieces.
3. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Put the garlic into the pan. Stir-fry with moderately quick oven for about 1/2 minute.
4. Put the black fungus into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute with moderately quick oven.  
5. Put the tofu into the pan. Stir-fry for about 3 minutes with moderately quick oven.
6. Put the salt, black soy sauce, spring onion and sugar into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1/2 mintue with moderately quick oven.
7. Pour everything in the pan into a bowl or plate.
