Fried shrimp cracker

Dry shrimp cracker 100 grams, a half milk pan of cooking oil, some sweet chili sauce

1. Warm the cooking oil with a milk pan with quick oven. When the cooking oil is about 70% cooked, switch to moderate oven. 
2. Put one shrimp crack into the oil. When the shrimp crack stops to become bigger, take it out immediately from the pan. Drain the cooking oil from it as much as possible.
3. Repeat step 2 until all the shrimp crackers are fried.
4. Dip the shrimp cracker in the sweet chili sauce before eating.
