Cucumber salad with fried egg

1/5 cucumber, garlic 1/2 piece, 1 tea spoon of oyster sauce, 2 soup spoons of water, 1/4 tea spoon of sugar, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of vinegar, 2-3 drops of sesame oil, 1 egg, 1 soup spoon of cooking oil

1. Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Cut the garlic into small bits
2. Mix the sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, garlic bits and water.
3. Warm the cooking oil with a pan. Fry the egg with moderate oven.
4. Put the cucumber and fried egg into a plate.  Pour the sauce of step 2 on the cucumber slices.
