Steamed egg (Method 9) - Chinese easy egg receip

Materials:
2 eggs, 1 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon of sesame oil, 1 tea spoon of light soy sauce, water 100 ml

Method:
1. Mix the egg well with the salt, sesame oil and water. Water should be so much as egg.
2. Put the egg mixture into a steamer. Steam with quick oven.
3. When the water in the steamer boils, switch to moderate oven. Steam for about 8 minutes.
4. Move the egg bowl out from the steamer.
