Steamed egg (Method 7) - egg steamed with fish and clams

2 eggs, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, several slices of fish meat, 2 clams, water 80 ml

1. Mix the egg well with the salt. Put the fish slices and clams in the egg.
2. Put the egg mixture into a steamer. Steam with quick oven.
3. When the water in the steamer boils, switch to moderate oven. Steam for about 10 minutes.
4. Move the egg out from the steamer.
