Steamed egg (Method 6) - Steamed egg fish

2 eggs, steamed pumpin mash 100 grams, melk 180 grams, water 80 grams, 1.5 tea spoon of salt, 4 slices of fish cake

1. Mix the egg, salt, pumpin mash, melk and water.
2. Put the egg mixture into a steamer. Steam with quick oven.
3. When the water in the steamer boils, switch to moderately quick oven. Steam for about 10 minutes.
4. Switch off the oven. Keep the food in the steamer for 3 minutes.
5. Put the fish cake slices on the egg. Cook for about 5 minutes with moderate oven.
6. Move the egg bowl out from the steamer.
