Steamed egg (Method 5) - Egg steamed with wine and water

Materials:
2 eggs, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon of wine, water

Method:
1. Mix the egg well with the salt, wine and water. Water should be as much as the volume of the eggs.
2. Put the egg mixture into a steamer. Steam with quick oven.
3. When the water in the steamer boils, switch to moderately quick oven. Steam for about 8 minutes.
