Steamed egg (Method 3) - Steamed egg and fish cake

Materials:
2 eggs, 1/3 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon of light soy sauce, 1/4 tea spoon of MG, 1/4 tea spoon of pepper powder, 1/2 tea spoon of sesame oil, 1 leek, 4 slices of fish cake, 1 cooked shrimp, 1/2 tea spoon of rice wine, water

Method:
1. Cut the leek into small bits. Cut the shrimp meat into small bits.
2. Mix the egg well with the salt, soy sauce, rice wine, MG and 100 ml water.
3. Put the egg mixture into a steamer. Steam with quick oven.
4. When the water in the steamer boils, switch to moderate oven. Steam for about 5 minutes. 
5. Put the sesame oil in the egg bowl and sprinkle the egg with the pepper powder and leek.
6. Put the fish cake slices and shrimp meat bits on the egg. Steam for about 5 minutes.
