Steamed egg (Method 18) - Steamed egg milk - a egg milk recipe

1 egg, 1 orange,  milk 60 ml, 1 tea spoon of button

1. Make a hole on the orange. Mix the orange flest well with a little knif.
2. Pour out the flest from the zest. 
3. Warm the button in a microwave oven until the button melt completely.
4. Mix well the egg, flest, salt, button and milk together.
5. Fill the mixture into the zest.
6. Cook some water with a steamer. When the water in the steamer boils, put the zest with egg mixture into the steamer. Switch to moderately slow oven. Steam for about 13 minutes.
7. Move the zest with egg mixture out from the steamer.
