Steamed egg (Method 17) - Egg steamed with orange

Materials:
3 eggs, 2 oranges, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, water

Method:
1. Cut the orange into two parts.
2. Take out the flest.
3. Mix the egg, flest, salt, and 100 ml water together.
4. Put the mixture into the zest.
5. Cook some water with a steamer.
6. When the water in the steamer boils, put the zest with egg mixture into the steamer. Switch to moderate oven. Steam for about 10 minutes.
7. Move the zest with egg mixture out from the steamer.
