Steamed egg (Method 15) - Egg steamed with orange and milk

1-2 eggs, 1 orange,  5 medlars, milk

1. Cut the orange into two parts.
2. Take out the orange flesh. Squeeze out the juice and cut the flesh into small bits. 
3. Mix the eggs, juice and some milk together. The volum of juice and milk should be about as same as the eggs.
4. Put the mixture into the zest. Put the flesh bits into the mixture.
5. Steam the zest and the mixture of step 3 with quick oven.
6. When the water in the steamer boils, switch to moderate oven. Steam for 8 -10 minutes.
7. Move the zest with egg mixture out from the steamer.
