Steamed egg (Method 14) - Chinese steamed egg with chopped pork

3 eggs, chopped pork 50 grams, 3 shrimps, 1 tea spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon of garlic powder, 1 soup spoon of light soy sauce, 1 soup spoon of rice/potato powder, water

1. Mix the eggs and some water together. The water should be  as much as the volume of the eggs. 
2. Mix the pork, salt, soy sauce, garlic powder and rice/potato powder together.
3. Warm the cooking oil in a pan. Stir-fry the mixture of step 2 with moderate oven for about 3 minutes.
4. Mix the egg mixture with the mixture of step 3. Put the mixture into a steamer. Steam with quick oven.
5. When the water in the steamer boils, switch to moderate oven. Put the shrimp meat on the egg mixture. Steam for about 10 minutes.
6. Move the egg bowl out from the steamer.
