Hui Guo Rou - Chinese double cooked pork recipe 2

Materials:
Pork 400 grams, 1 red pepper, 1 green pepper, 2 garlic sprouts, 2 tea spoons of sugar, ginger 15 grams, 1 soup spoon of black soy sauce, 1/2 tea spoon of salt, 1 soup spoon of cooking wine, 2 soup spoons of cooking oil, 1 soup spoon of salt bean paste

Method:
1. Cut the pork and ginger into slices. Cut the peppers into pieces. Cut the garlic sprouts into segements.
2. Cook the pork with boiling water until the pork is thoroughly cooked. Take the pork out from the water.
3. Cool the pork with cold water. 
4. Warm the cooking oil in a pan. Stir-fry the pork and ginger with moderate oven until the pork slices become golden. 
5. Put the bean paste, soy sauce and cooking wine into the pan. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds with moderately quick oven.
6. Put the salt, peppers and garlic sprouts into the pan. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds with moderately quick oven. 
7. Pour everything in the pan into a plate/bowl.
