Curry beef recipe

Beef 500 grams, 2 potatoes, 1/2 onion, 1 carrot, 2 tea spoons of salt, 2 soup spoons of light soy sauce, ginger 20 grams, 1 spring onion, 2 pieces of garlic, 2 tea spoons of curry powder

1. Cut the beef, carrot and potatoes into chunks. Cut the spring onion into segments. Cut the garlic and ginger into slices. Cut the onion into pieces.
2. Warm the cooking oil. Stir-fry the ginger, garlic, curry powder and spring onion with moderately quick oven for about 30 seconds.
3. Put the beef into the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes with moderate oven. 
4. Put the light soy sauce, salt and some water into the pan. The water must cover all the food in the pan. Cook the food with quick oven until the water boils.
5. Turn into slow oven. Cook the food with slow oven for 1 hr.
6. Put the potatoes into the pan. Cook for at least a half hr.
7. Move the food into a plate/bowl.
