Boiled beef recipe 7

Beef 500 grams, 3 carrots, 1/4 onion, 1 spring onion, cabbege 150 grams, ginger 5 grams, cooking oil/button, beer 250 ml

1. Cook some water. When the water boils, put the beef into the water. Cook the beef for 5-6 minutes. Take the beef out from the water.
2. Cut the beef into chunks. Cut the carrots and onion into chunks. Cut the spring onion into segements.
3. Put the beef, carrot, ginger and some water into the pan. The water should cover all the food materials. Cook with quick oven.
4. When the water boils, switch to slow oven.
5. After 1 hr, put the onion, cabbege and spring onion into the pan. Cook for about a half hr with slow oven.
6. Move the food into a plate/bowl.
