Boiled beef recipe 6

Beef 500 grams, 1 tomato, 4-5 pieces of celery, 1 onion, 1 spring onion, 2-3 potatoes, 2 pieces of garlic, 1 carrot, cooking oil/button, beer 250 ml

1. Cook some water. When the water boils, put the beef into the water. Cook the beef for 5-6 minutes. Take the beef out from the water.
2. Cut the beef into chunks. Cut the potatoes, carrot, tomato and onion into chunks. Cut the spring onion into segements.
3. Warm 1 soup spoon of cooking oil. Put the garlic, spring onion and tomato into the pan. Stir-fry for about 1 minute with moderate oven.
4. Put the beef into the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-5 minutes with moderate oven. 
5. Put the beer and carrot into the pan. Switch to quick oven.When the beer boils, switch to slow oven.
6. After 1.5 hr, put the potatoes and tomato into the pan. Cook for about a half hr with slow oven.
7. Move the food into a plate/bowl.
