Boiled beef recipe 2

Materials:
Beef 600 grams, 1/2 chili pepper, pepper powder, 1 spring onion, salt, ginger 5 grams, cooking oil, cooking wine, rice/potato powder, sesame oil, light soy sauce, potato/rice powder

Method:
1. Cut the beef into thin slices. Cut the spring onion and chili pepper into thin pieces.
2. Mix 1 soup spoon of salt, 1 tea spoon of potato/rice powder, 1 soup spoon of cooking wine and 1 soup spoon of soy sauce. Wait for 20 minutes.
3. Warm 4 soup spoons of cooking oil. Stir-fry the beef, chili pepper and the spring onion for about 2 minutes with moderately slow oven. 
4. Cook some water. When the water boils, put it into the pan containing the beef. Put the lock on the pan. Cook the food with quick oven for about 8 minutes.
5. Move the food into a bowl.
