Boiled beef recipe 14 - Beef cooked with rice cooker

Beef 500 grams, 2 carrots, 5 tomatoes, 1/2 onion, ginger 4 pieces, garlic 4 pieces, 2 tea spoons of salt, 1 tea spoon of pepper powder, 2 soup spoons of rice wine, 1 star anise, 1 bayleaf, cinnamon 3 grams

1. Cut the beef and tomatoes into chunks. Cut the carrots into chunks. Cut the onion into pieces. Cut the ginger and garlic into slices.
2. Cook the beef with boiling water for about 1 mintue. Take it out from the water.
3. Put the beef, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, onion, carrots, pepper powder, salt, soy sause, rice wine, star anise, bayleaf and cinnamon and all other food materials in a rice cooker. Put some water into the rice cooker. The water should cover all the food materials.
4. Cook until the beef is soft. If the water is not enough when cooking, put more water in.
5. Move the food into a plate/bowl.
