Boiled beef recipe 12

Beef 500 grams, 2 carrots, 2 onions, 2 soup spoons of tomato paste, 2 tea spoons of salt, 2 tea spoons of pepper powder, 1/2 tea spoon of MG, red wine 20 ml, 1 star anise, 1 bayleave, cinnamon 3 grams

1. Cut the beef into chunks. Cut the carrots into chunks. Cut the onion and ginger into pieces.
2. Warm the cooking oil. Stir-fry the ginger and the beef with moderately quick oven until the beef is about 50% well fried.
3. Mix the beef, salt, pepper powder, red wine, tomato paste, star anises, bayleave, cinnamon, carrots and onions together. Wait for 8-12 hrs. 
4. Put the food mixture of step 3 and some water into a pan. The water should cover all the food materials. Cook with quick oven until the water boils.
5. Switch to slow oven. Cook until the meat is soft.
6. Put the MG into the pan. Stir the food several times.
7. Move the food into a plate/bowl.
